Justin Mann - Principal and Chief Executive Officer
Justin received his degree in business administration from Clemson
University with a minor in real estate and entrepreneurship graduating in December of 2001. Justin worked at Eagle Companies from graduation thru August of 2009 managing a mutli-million dollar Commercial Real Estate portfolio. Starting
as an assistant to the president, he graduated to the top spot in
the company in six short years. He has managed forty-five employees and
has Managed a golf course, a ranch, numerous mobile home communities,
and many small office buildings and warehouses. He has also been
involved in the redevelopment of a commercial retail site, seeing it
through from concept to the management of the property.
Justin has also been involved in millions of dollars of negotiations of both Commercial & Residential real estate deals including buying, selling, financing, and
refinancing. Justin and his wife Sara live in Clemson, SC with their
three daughters Lila, Ava & Ella & are active members of NewSpring Church
in Anderson, SC.
